Use a checkout with the existing research.ledger, research.ledger_bundle and research.memory_core modules. Unzip ledger-bundle.zip, then run from that checkout:

The destination must not exist. The command invokes the existing import_claim_bundle and Ledger.why; no producer store is supplied. Read fresh-review/reconstruction.json to inspect recovered claim/source/excerpt records and relationships. No model or network is used. A fresh pin must be retained independently of a received package.
